Pizzeria is a small fast food/pizza chain in area of pimpri-chinchwad and Pune region. Pizzeria strives to deliver healthy, specialty pizzas , Breadsticks ,Fresh Deserts ,Drinks and Meaty-Kababs. They offer a wide spectrum of competitive pricing.Pizzeria targets customers Who Prefer to eat from a place where it is clearly mentioned it is veg/non-veg/Halal.

The problem:
Clearinstructions if Pizza is Pure Veg , Non-Veg or Halal is not clearly mentionedin Pupular Pizza Delivery Apps.
The goal:
Design an app for Pizzeria that allows users to easily Understand if Pizza is Pure Veg or Halal or not and deliver a wide range of pizzas and halal kababs.

Understanding the user

Iconducted interviews and created empathy maps to understand the users I’m designing for and their needs. A primary user group identified through research was working adults who are Pure Veg who don’t eat meat at all. This user group confirmed initial assumptions about Pizzeria customers, but research also revealed that Pure Veg food finding is not the only problem India’s Largest Minority muslims face similar problem with non-veg food not knowing it is halal or not. Other user problems included obligations, interests, or challenges that make it difficult to get groceries for cooking or go to restaurants in-person.

Competitive Audit

Low-fidelity
prototype

Using the completed set of digital wireframes, I created a low-fidelity prototype. The primary user flow I connected was building and ordering a pizza, so the prototype could be used in a usability study.

Key Mockups

High-fidelity
prototype

The final high-fidelity prototype presented cleaner user flows for building a pizza and checkout. It also met user needs for a pickup or delivery option as well as more customization.
